$0 to $10,000 In Sales On Amazon FBA In Record Time Free Guide In this quick guide I’m going to give you a stupid simple blueprint to start selling from scratch and hit your first $10k in sales asap, even if you have a 9-5 or are in college. This is not a get rich quick scheme and takes hard work, your first few sales will be the hardest by far… Because you have to learn all the basics. But then scaling is just repeating successful actions. I sold $30,000+ in just my second month for over $6k profit as a fresh college grad with no experience. So I know how to get this going fast. So what exactly is Amazon Online Arbitrage? The process of buying discounted products from big sites like Kohls, Nike, and Walmart that flip at a markup on Amazon. Example: Nike shorts for $18 that sell for $39 on Amazon, leaving $10 profit after shipping, fees, and product cost. Selling on Amazon doesn’t work for most people because they fail to learn the basics, network with other sellers, and commit to 6-12 months of grind. I don’t want that to be you, so let’s get after it. Checklist for setting up the business today: 1. Amazon Seller Central Account - You’ll need a professional seller central account which costs $40/mo. They do not require an LLC, contrary to popular belief. This can be done at Sell.Amazon.com. 2. SellerAmp - You’ll want to get a free trial of our sourcing tool SellerAmp which is a profit calculator for Google chrome for OA sourcing and the mobile app for the occasional retail arbitrage scanning session. Here is my full SellerAmp tutorial. 3. Keepa - Keepa is the other must have product research tool. It's essentially stock charts for Amazon products, tracking the supply, demand, and price action overtime for every item on Amazon since it was added. Here is my full Keepa tutorial. 4. Budget - Start with whatever capital you have, I started reselling with just a few hundred bucks as a broke student. $1-3k is ideal for online and retail arbitrage. 5. Ungating - As a fresh beginner, you won’t be ungated in many things. Amazon does this to avoid people selling fakes on the platform. Luckily these days it’s really easy to get unlocked. I would recommend doing Nike, Adidas, and Puma from Champs, Asos, or the brand websites from day 1, as well as all the auto ungated asins (We have a free list for you). Here is my full ungating tutorial + auto ungate list. 6. Free Chrome Extensions: There are a bunch of free chrome extensions you’ll want to have to ensure you are getting the cheapest buy cost possible via coupons and cashback, get all 6 of these in the Google Chrome Store to start: Capital 1 Shopping, BeFrugal, RetailMeNot, TopCashBack, Rakuten, and CouponBirds. 7. Burner Email Address - Create a burner gmail address solely for the purpose of creating accounts on different websites to get fed the deals they have going on. 8. Shipping Supplies - There are two ways to sell on Amazon. FBA and FBM. FBA stands for fulfillment by Amazon, where we ship items bulk to Amazon, and FBM where we ship directly to the customer. FBA is the long term standard for most sellers, however if you see other people FBMing a listing its a great thing to be able to sell the items faster. Get a bunch of free boxes from the USPS website, free shipping labels from the UPS website, and FNSKU labels, TapeGun, 9x12 polybags, and PenGear boxes from Walmart and Amazon for shipping. If you have $2k+ to start snag a Polono label printer too. 9. Repricing - Eventually, you’ll want to use a repricing software. This is helpful to get more sales. I recommend ounce you have 10+ asins to do it. Here is my full repricer tutorial. 10. Product Research Criteria - This is just a basic framework on what makes a good item. $3+ Profit, Under 150,000 BSR (sales rank), 30%+ ROI (Excluding cashback and rewards), and 3+ sellers on the listing to prove it’s reseller friendly, unless it's from a brand you know is reseller friendly. You’ll develop your own specific criteria overtime. 11. Networking - Far and away the best thing you can do as a beginner is find like minded people to mastermind with and learn with. This is done through free communities online and costs nothing. My recommendation is to document your progress online and interact in the community, group chats and Zoom calls helped my progress like wildfire. Get through that setup checklist ASAP to have all the basics that you need to start. Now, let’s talk about finding your first items to sell. 1. Nike Outlet - The Nike outlet is one of the easiest places to find your first few items to sell, because you probably have one near you. You basically just go in and scan everything with SellerAmp. Pro tips include the 15% new email account signup, focusing on clearance items that end with .97, and watch some recent retail arbitrage Youtuber videos for more product inspiration. 2. Retail Arbitrage - General retail arbitrage is also nice and simple, at stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Grocery Outlet, Ollies, and local mom and pop grocery stores/pharmacies. Especially for high ROI items. You just have to put in the leg work scanning items and building muscle memory with SellerAmp. 3. Online Arbitrage Storefront Stalking - This is the best way for beginners to find products with OA sourcing. It’s called storefront stalking aka reverse sourcing known as the art of looking inside the storefronts of other sellers with SellerAmp to see their best performing asins, then going out and tracking those items down profitably. This is mainly what you should be doing as a beginner combined with using the cheat code moats mentioned below. Reverse Sourcing 101 tutorial is here. 4. Online Arbitrage Manual Sourcing - Manual sourcing is what most sellers imagine OA sourcing to be. Going to the clearance or sale section of a website then referencing over to Amazon. This is super profitable, but harder for new sellers who don’t yet know their favorite supplies and deals. How do you figure that out? Lots of storefront stalking. Here is 2 hours of my finding TONS of leads for Black Friday OA sourcing and a recent manual live sourcing video I just posted. VERY Important: Building moats for OA products. Very few items are going to be profitable at the advertised price on Google. That is why getting products cheaper is so important for OA success. Here is a very important video that details a lot of the ways to make your costs cheaper on products, this is very crucial for success. Click here to watch the cheat codes video. My recommendation is to do both RA and OA to start to get proof of concept and get lots of reps in fast. Finding RA items will be super simple but take time, OA takes less time but it’s more complicated to find items. Luckily you can do both. When you find your first products, list them on FBM, ideally in 0 day handling time with a repricer on. Here is a full guide on how to dominate FBM. Not every item will be FBM friendly, get in the habit of listing for 48-72 hours and seeing if you get any BuyBox then send FBA. Eventually you’ll have a great muscle for gauging FBM vs. FBA friendliness. I get it that time is an issue if you have a 9-5 and a family, but that’s exactly why you need to double down, make more money, network with like minded people, and really grind. You want to stack good ASINs and sell through them as quickly as possible. Then go find more. Some people click really fast, others it takes a while. This can be a super fun thing you can get good at if you commit to the long term and find awesome sellers to mastermind with, or a super boring and hard thing that will likely fail if you only do it short term. I livestream daily on Youtube if you want to get your questions answered live. Hope this helps!
